ThriveCart Mastery Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully before applying to promote ThriveCart Mastery. We’ve kept this very brief and free of unnecessary legalese to make things as clear as possible. Ignorance of these terms and conditions is not an excuse for violating them.

ThriveCart Mastery (a product owned by EntreResource, LLC) retains the right to remove affiliates at any time for any activity deemed detrimental to the brand. This includes the immediate cancellation of future refunds and may also involve the retroactive removal of affiliate commissions if they were deemed fraudulent. Examples of detrimental behaviors include but are not limited to…

Spamming affiliate links.
Cookie stuffing.
Overtly disparaging the product (honest criticism is allowed).
Making false promises or statements to potential customers.
Failing to fulfill any bonus offers promised to customers.
Displaying character publicly is detrimental to the ThriveCart Mastery or the EntreResource, LLC brand.

Affiliates are allowed to run paid traffic on social networks and search engines. There are no limitations on search terms. Brand terms such as “ThriveCart Mastery” and variations thereof are permitted, although subject to change.

Affiliates cannot pose as ThriveCart Mastery employees or owners. They are independent advocates of the program.

Affiliates cannot purchase products through their own affiliate links. Commissions from affiliates themselves will be removed.

Affiliates must abide by all laws and regulations of their respective regions and the regions in which they do business. EntreResource, LLC in no way remains legally liable for any actions from 3rd party independent affiliates.

Affiliate commission rates are subject to change. YOUR COMPANY will attempt to contact all affiliates if and when changes are made.

Payments will be made 30 days after payment completion but chargebacks can still be filed after this duration. Commissions that were earned on products will be voided or clawed back if the customer refunds or requests a chargeback of the purchase.

ThriveCart Mastery operates on a last click attribution model. Which means sales are credited to the the affiliate who sent the visitor immediately before the sale was made.

ThriveCart Mastery cookies are active for life. Due to cookie blockers or other circumstances, EntreResource, LLC cannot guarantee that cookies will always be able to credit purchases. Affiliates can contact nate@thrivecartmastery if they believe they should have been credited for a sale. These instances will be investigated and manual attribution can be made if sufficient evidence is provided.

These terms and conditions are subject to change and all affiliates are responsible for staying informed of terms and conditions updates.
